There’s no better way to celebrate Halloween — whether you’re a child or an adult, a parent or a child — than in cosplay.

This time of year, it’s always fun, interesting and spooky to dress up as another person or a fictional character. In this series, we take a look at the best Hollywood-made costume in the history of costume design, a costume that could become your new favorite.

A few years and a few sequels later, the 2019 Halloween movie “Avengers: Endgame” made $2.2 billion at the box office. The sequel will come out in theaters on Dec. 2.

“I think it’s going to be a huge hit,” “Avengers” director Joe and “Guardians of the Galaxy” star Chris Pratt said in an interview on WDBJ7’s The Morning Team. “I think it’s going to be one of the biggest movies of the year.”

But what about Hollywood that isn’t yet an established blockbuster?

“I think we’ll be looking at that this holiday season, and we’ll be showing that to the world over the next few years,” Pratt added. “I think it’s just a matter of time where you’ll see the best of Hollywood.”

What could be better than a classic horror-themed costume to dress up as the character Freddy Krueger from “A Nightmare on Elm Street”?

“I would say the dream of all Halloween costumes is to be able to scare someone as much as the movie,” said Jason R. Horvath. He was born in 1986 and is a graduate of the California Institute of the Arts with a degree in theatrical performance. His first project was a “Nightmare on Elm Street” costume for his own daughter at age 10.
